Woman Claim She is Beyonce Daughter Blue Ivy Real Mother

Information reaching us now is that a woman claiming to be the real mother of Beyonce's Daughter (Blue Ivy) has fired a LAWSUIT earlier yesterday in the FEDERAL COURT in Manhattan.

SURROGATE – who gave birth to Blue Ivy Carter.
The woman, named Tina Seals, is claiming to be the SURROGATE to Blue Ivy and asking to have the judge declare HER to be the mother of Blue.

She's also asking for CUSTODY of Bey's daughter.

Bey's lawyers have yet to respond on the development of this matter.
